The invention relates to the collection of the folds of a cylindrical flexible sausage casing used in the manufacture of sausages. The drawback of the device is that it does not allow to obtain a uniformly folded pipe in a uniform structure, as a result of which the shell breaks. The aim of the invention is to uniformly collect and prevent the rupture of the shell. The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for collecting an inflated cylindrical flexible sausage casing into corrugations, including a hollow tubular mandrel, a housing and a corrugating mechanism mounted around the mandrel for rotationally rotatable, is provided with a cylindrical holder mounted around the mandrel for rotation and folding between them annular gap so that the axis of the cage and the annular gap parallel to the axis of the mandrel and offset relative to it, while the corrugation mechanism is located at an angle in the mandrel. The device consists of a feed roller 1, metering 2 and 3 feeding rollers, and device 4 collecting shells into corrugations. Inside the device 4, a collecting force is applied to the casing (not shown) by means of the device 5, as a result of which the casing is pressed against the package (the casing is approximately 15 to 60 cm long) .. The device also includes a mandrel 6, a stop 7, a corrugating mechanism 8, the center of which is located eccentrically with respect to the coinciding axes of the package and mandrel 6. The center of the corrugating mechanism 8 is offset from the axis of the mandrel 6 by distance O, which is the eccentricity of mechanism 8 (Fig. 2). The axis of the mechanism 8 is inclined relative to the axis of the mandrel 6 at an angle which is the angle of inclination. The device 5 is located in a cylindrical yoke 9, which is rotatably mounted on bearings 10 in a stationary housing 11, which is the main support element of the device 4. With a belt 12, a pulley 13 rotates the yoke 9 by means of a notched end 14 attached to the yoke (not shown). The yoke 9 comprises a cylinder 15 with an eccentric bore defining an inner cylindrical surface 16 whose axis corresponds to an axis (not shown) of the eccentric bore. When the holder 9 is rotated on its axis 17, which coincides with the axis of the package and mandrel 6, the axis of the bore rotates around the coinciding central axes of the holder 9, package and mandrel 6, causing rotation with eccentricity about | devices 5 and the corrugating mechanism 8. The device 5 comprises a block 18, a bearing 19 for mounting the corrugating mechanism 8 rotatably movable in the block 18, and a flange 20 for driving the mechanism 8 attached to the mechanism 8 by fastening screws (not shown). The block 18 is mounted obliquely on the inner surface of the cylinder 15 by means of fixing screws so that its front plane 21 is at an angle to the plane 22. The mechanism 8, 20 and the support 19 occupy a central position in the block 18 and, thus, the central axis 23 of the mechanism 8 is located perpendicular to the front plane 21 of the block 18 and, therefore, must be at an angle relative to the axis 17 (in FIG. 5). When the holder 9 is rotated, the axis 23 of the mechanism 8 rotates around the axis 17, maintaining a fixed angular position,. FIG. Figure 4 shows the inclination plane 24, defined as the plane in which axis 17 lies and which is parallel to axis 23 of mechanism 8. During rotation of the yoke 9 of the plane 24 and 25 maintains fixed positions one relative to another at an angle about, the value of which depends on the angular position of the block 18 relative to the inner surface 16 of the cylinder 15. The drive mechanism 8 is mounted in the housing 11 on bearings 26 and comprises a drive tube 27 of the mechanism, rotated by a belt 28 and a pulley 29. The device 4 is mounted on the base 35 so that the axis 17 of its rotation coincides with the axis of the mandrel 6 and is fixed. The device works as follows. From the feed roller J, a flat shell is fed to the gas injection zone 36 through the metering chips 2. To facilitate the collection operation, a lubricant, such as oil or water or aqueous solutions, can be added to the corrugations inside or outside the casing. By means of device 5, the device 4. applies a collection force to the pressurized shell, causing the shell to fold continuously into a coherent assembled or folded compressed package (Fig. 1). Packing in the form of; folds contains a continuous. spiral primary fold with the structure of the secondary fold, located in the spiral-shaped gap between successive turns of the primary fold.
